Still Waiting . . .

So, I am still waiting for that glorious night that I put Matelyn down and she sleeps for more than three hours at a time! Sure, every once in a while she will go three and a half hours, but Mama is ready for some four and five hour night-time shifts. I guess the girl just likes to eat!

This weekend, Matelyn even decided to participate in a sleep protest, where she refused to do any more than take quick catnaps (while being held) for about twenty four hours straight. She immediately woke up if a step was taken in the direction of her crib. I finally got her to take two hour nap in her swing Sunday morning. Then she was a perfect angel for a visit from her Grandmum and Pops.




And this is what she looked like with me most of the weekend. . . . And yes, we are wearing matching shirts . . . yes, I am THAT COOL!!!!
