Rock the Rock!

We had a blast of an action packed weekend here in Viettiville! Friday night went to a fabulous (adult only!) Christmas party at my friend Chelle's house. Chelle is the ultimate hostess, threw an awesome party and prepared the most fabulous dinner - we had a great time celebrating the holidays with our sweet friends!

Saturday, Viettiville was invaded by the Watwood clan :) For the fourth year in a row (for sure a tradition now!), the Watwoods come stay with us the weekend of the White Rock marathon. We have had different ones of us running the half or the full each year, but it is always a blast. Meg leaves me in hysterics every time I hang out with her. I say this all the time to her, and I said it again this trip - Praise God that she randomly sat next to me in Neuroscience and asked me if I wanted to run a marathon. Without that chance seating arrangement, we might not be friends and I probably would have never run a marathon, or even realized I loved running!

Mattie had a really fun time hugging the twins all weekend. I am surprised they could even breathe, but they seemed to enjoy the attention. The only time we had an issue was when we put Liam in the exersaucer (which Mattie hasn't touched in months), she screamed. . . in his face. . . and yes, he is four months old. So, we have some work to do on sharing I suppose!

Mattie loved on Cullen a lot!
I love this picture because he is looking at me like, please save me!

What precious and sweet twins! No wonder Mattie wanted to squeeze them and give them lovin'. The Mattie sandwich is adorable with the "queen bee" eating the attention up!
