Go Lake Highlands!

There are tons of reasons why we love our neighborhood, but now we have another reason to add to the list! The neighborhood 4th of July parade! We have never been before, but this year we joined with a group of friends (and friends of friends) who live in the area. It was so cute! I mean, it was mostly cars or people walking and throwing candy, but there were a few floats here and there. Mattie had a big time, and there were activities set up afterwards like train rides, petting zoo, bounce house, etc.
