One of my favorite favorite things about Mattie being at LHE is the walking to school. It feels so traditional, community-oriented and fun. I love that we are right down the street and can do it a few days a week!
Of course, Ben always wants to join in the walking fun. This picture is very typical of a walk with Ben. He is bursting with excitement to join the walk, but usually has some need to stop and hold up the process about every three houses.
Occasionally big sister is feeling sweet and will take him on. He always responds better to her than me! And his pace usually picks up with the playground in sight at the school. (These pics are from last Friday - t-shirt day for uniforms at both schools!)
And on a totally unrelated note . . . Mattie had a sleep over with Ada-Grace last Friday so we just had Benny for an evening and morning. He soaked up every minute of that attention, let me tell you!
