ELEVEN YEARS of marital bliss! I am one lucky girl!
Me and my handsome hunk celebrated our eleventh anniversary this past weekend. And thanks to Mimi and Popi, we were actually able to go on a little "staycation" for two nights. There is just nothing like being totally on your own for a day or two without the kids. We went to a Mavs game, a movie, coffee dates, shopping, eating . . .it was fabulous!
This week we have just been enjoying some down time with the kids, as well as Mimi and Popi's last few days here. Benny and I rode the train while Mattie had a special lunch date with Mimi.
We were also able to catch the Baylor band practicing for their bowl appearance at Lake Highlands High School. That was a fun treat for everyone!
And finally, we celebrated Annie's ONE YEAR birthday with our family on NYE. Mattie insisted that we get her a few presents and celebrate with her!
