I was lucky enough to accompany the first grade field trip to the Trinity Audubon Center, a nature experiential learning type place.
Sissy and her friends all took the directions to wear long pants, hats and sunglasses very seriously! She and Sadie were inseparable the whole time of course.
They got to examine pond water and find beetles, tadpoles and other "fun" things.
She has had a great school year . . . we will be sad to see it end!
