Peas!

Mattie Bear has been enjoying her first real food for the past few days . . . peas! Each night she has eaten a little more enthusiastically, and tonight she "cleaned her plate" of peas. I am mixing in bites of the cereal along with the peas to try to get her to eat more of that too. She is eating cereal twice a day now, but she doesn't exactly scarf it down yet. I just choose peas for no real reason, but she seems to love them. Now that we have had three successful days of peas, I think we will try sweet potatoes tomorrow night.
