Matelyn LOVES to be outside. Anytime she hears a door open, she is running trying to get outside. If we close the door and she realizes she is stuck inside, it is cause for major tears. She stands next to the windows and the glass doors and points and grunts - "out." And when we do take her out to play, she is so happy. Running around, picking up leaves and anything else she can find, inspecting tires, carrying our "outdoor" shoes around, getting her hands dirty - it is such a fun thing to watch! She even got her first little skinned knee this weekend, and it didn't slow her down one bit.
Thankfully it has been a little cooler, so we have been able to spend some time outside. Matt, Mamaw, Papaw and I took her to the park on Sunday and she was in heaven!

She is adorable as always! I feel like she has already changed so muc since the last time we saw her :( Must get together soon!!!!!
Heard she had a ton of fun in the car last night, too... She's too cute. I love that smile. :)
