Last Friday night, Mimi, Mattie and I had a girls night out! After Paige told me how much Caroline loved the Nickelodeon Live Show (with Dora and Boots), we decided we had to take Mattie. I was a little worried about the evening out because Friday was one of those drama filled no-nap afternoons I referenced in the previous post. But Sissy caught a little cat nap in the car on the way over, and we wound up having a fun girls night!
We ate dinner at the Cracker Barrell before the show. The dining options in Grand Prarie are kind of limited, and we thought it would be fun to have breakfast for dinner. Mattie enjoyed her pancakes, and so did Mama! (She also enjoyed the crayons more than posing for pictures.)

When Dora and Boots came out she was a little distraught because she wanted to give them hugs! She kept saying I need to give Dora big hug!

This is a little video clip of her dancing to the music after the show was over. The girl has some skills - takes after her Mama. PLEASE excuse my loud, schreeching questions to her! There were a lot of kids around (that is my only excuse!)
