It is official, I'm over winter. I do not know how Mimi and Popi do this - another dreary day with a high of 34. YUCK! Everyone, especially the dog, well . . . maybe especially Ben, is stir crazy!
Since Ben's birthday is coming up soon, it means it is birthday season for all of his friends at school too. He has been invited to about one party a weekend for a month in a row! This past Saturday was one at Build a Bear, where he built "Ben Bear." Mattie promptly took over care of Ben Bear once it got home :)
Sunday was a usual busy church activity day, with a quick trip to Academy thrown in to get Mattie ready for this soccer season. Her first game is Saturday, and I have a feeling this season will hold a few chilly games.
Today was Mattie's 100th Day of School Party (postponed from Friday's snow day), so she added a glittery headband and her "party shoes to the wardrobe. And Ben the gangster posted with her. Seriously, what is this?!?!?

Ben was running around saying he was superman, but we taught him to say SuperNerd instead :) :) :)
