Three OH!

Well, I am officially old!!! 30!!!! I can't believe it!!!! I am actually feeling "30 and Fabulous," as Nanny termed it for me. I am so blessed to have a life filled with so much joy and love, an amazing family and wonderful friends! Life is so good right now. Sometimes I actually have the fear that my life is too good, that surely something bad is going to happen to me soon. Is that crazy?

I had a fabulous birthday! I was a little put out when I received my first ever jury summons for my 30th birthday, but it wound up working out fine! I got to sleep in a little since I didn't have to be there until 8:30, and then I didn't get selected, so I had an afternoon to myself with nothing planned - which never happens anymore.

This is a picture of me with the BEST present ever! My little mouse! And of course, the #1 Mom sticker she gave me for my birthday. My 2nd best present - my new iphone. It has changed my life already, and I am not kidding. I love it!

Matt and I left Mattie with a babysitter for the first time last night to go out and have a relaxing dinner on the patio at Luna, our favorite restaurant in the whole world (we agreed on this at dinner last night!). We even went to White Rock Coffee for a HUGE piece of chocolate cake on the way home. I was thoroughly fat and happy :)
P.S. I decided to cut my hair for my 30th bday!!! I was so tired of having so much hair, and always having it back in a big frizzy bun. I did it on Tuesday - what do ya'll think?
