Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the WAY!
Mattie and I got a super special treat tonight - we got to go to dinner with friends . . . .
And then on a horse-drawn carriage ride through Highland Park to look at Christmas lights.
Mattie L.O.V.E.D it. I am not sure if she loved the carriage ride or the lights or the hot chocolate most, but she loved it all. It was decided by all that this must become an annual event!

I had so much fun with her, and the weather was perfect. Chilly but not freezing, just perfect to make it feel like Christmas. Matt and I are both off of work all of next week and I am looking forward to lots of family time!
