Sweet Benny had his tonsils and adenoids out on Friday morning. He was being quite the hambone while we waited to go back for surgery. ESPECIALLY after he had his "silly juice" to relax :) He was snuggled up with me on the bed and kept laughing and getting super close and squeezing me and cracking himself up. It was hilarious!
Post-op was not quite as hilarious. He was pretty upset and out of it for a good bit, and was sick to his stomach. Which made it really hard to consume the required liquids before we could leave. All said, the first 24 hours were pretty rough, but he is recovering well!
His drinking and eating got way better during the day yesterday and with the help of all of these meds and sprays - we are making it!
