Some day my Prince will come . . .

Okay, in my last post I may have given the impression that the three-hour nap was the best part of Easter weekend, but that really wasn't the case. It came in a close second to Sissy being Snow White. She got the movie in her Easter basket and we watched after nap time. The movie is older, and I wasn't sure how much she really liked it, but apparently she really took note of the ending. As soon as it was over she went and got an apple and took a bite. Then announced she had taken a bite of her golden apple (not sure where she got the golden part) and that she was going to lay down in her glass bed (a.k.a. coffin). So she went and laid down on the ottoman in Ben's room and yelled that she needed her Prince to come wake her up. After further questioning, she revealed that Daddy was her Prince. So Prince Daddy went in to give her a kiss and wake her up.
Then she was ready to be carried by her Prince to her horse, and then led to her castle where she would live happily ever after. She and lucky Daddy got to act this out no less than probably 30 times in a row :) It was really precious, her face would light up every time she was taken to her castle (the couch). If only it was that easy to make us all happy!
