Mimi Invasion

I have been thinking maybe if I get the iphone 4S, that I can talk to Siri and she can blog for me when I get busy?  We might wind up with some miscommunications though ;)

Holy moly where did the last two weeks go?  Well, two weeks ago was a crazy busy work week for Matt and I, and of course both kids were a little sick for a few days. A double doctor's visit declared it nothing diagnosable for either one, but we spent a few days juggling work schedules to keep them home. 

Last Saturday, Daddy did a lot of yard work . . . with one cute little helper I might add!

 Chocolate ice cream was a good reward for all that hard work.

 And an even bigger reward - the Mimster!  (Mimi arrived last Saturday and spent the week with us!)

This little guy was pretty excited about it too!

We were so busy playing and doing projects while Mimi was here. . . the time flew by too quick. I was super super sad to take her to the airport today. There was a lot of fun being had this week, especially while Mama and Daddy were working.  Exhibit A - Ben likes to explore his surroundings. . . .

 Exhibit B - Snow White/Belle was so tired from all her reading that she passed out on her beach towel pallet.

 We also had lots of picnics and park time! Sissy wore her special necklaces to the park Friday ;)

 Boo was enjoying the big kid slide!

 The girls also got away a few times for some fun - Sissy sure does love her chocolate ice cream!

And, just a quick video of Sissy swinging herself . . . we have been working with her on pumping her own legs, but I guess she has also been getting a lot of coaching on the playground at school. I was amazed when I saw her on Friday!!!

I have a few other nuggets from the past two weeks to post over the next few days. That's it for tonight folks!
