Sissy had a very busy day prepping for Christmas! First up, decorating Gingerbread Man Cookies. She has been reading the Gingerbread Man story a lot and was pretty excited about this . . . . for a little bit at least.
Next up was our visit to Santa. This is the first year she really knows who Santa is and talks about him, and she was super excited to go see him this morning. While we were waiting for our turn, she kept saying, "I'm next!" However, she got very shy and quiet when she actually got in Santa's lap! She did good though, she told him what she wanted (baby dolls) and gave him a hug. But she looked very serious in all the pictures. She had a bit of a rough morning, and was more on the naughty than nice side, so it is a good thing Santa will be looking at her overall behavior for the year ;)
She also really enjoyed checking out the reindeer.
And her candy she got from Santa!

How sweet Ginny! This made tears come to my eyes...may be hormones...but it is so cute. What wonderful memories.
