The day after Christmas, we ALL loaded up and headed down to Nanny and Pop's house in Georgetown to continue our Christmas celebration! Can you guess who loved having four grandparents in one spot to dote on them???
Mattie was in heaven with (and stuck like glue to) her cousin Lilly.
Garrett was really sweet with Ben, helping him figure out how to use some of the toys. These boys will be into trouble before too long I know it!
We had a fabulous time with both of our families. One day while Ben was napping, the six grown ups were able to sit around the table and talk and tell stories for a few hours. How lucky are we!?! Matt and I also snuck in an overnight date for our NINTH wedding anniversary. We left the kids in the capable hands of all four of the grandparents, and it was so nice just to get away for a bit!
We came home Friday and have been playing and relaxing (as much as possible with an almost two-year old around). I even read a book this week - yay! We are missing Mimi and Popi dearly :(
